I work for a fortune 20 company. I spend lots of time in airports. As a traveler with a service animal, I rate airports a bit differently than many people. ATL and SFO have great facilities if you travel with a service dog. DEN, not so much. Just a patch of gravel outside door 200. At least it has a fence. OAK is pretty pathetic too. Unfenced patch of grass just down from Terminal 2. I have tweeted about several airports, but never saw any feedback

It also changes the way I pick airlines. JetBlue and Southwest make it easy on Service Animals by placing them in a bulkhead row. Both JetBlue and Southwest responded well when I tweeted my experiences. One of the larger airlines didn't even want to talk to me after they dumped coffee in my lap DEN to ATL. and they squeezed me (300 Lb and a 180 Lb service dog into Seat 5A. I tweeted that event too.

I'm wondering if the smaller market airports are like the discount airlines? Are they guarding there "Social Value" more than the bigger hub airports? Is there a matrix out there that rates airport facilities and services? I love SeatGuru, so maybe we need an AirportGuru.
